Asian Slaw

Servings: 6-8

Ingredients:

Slaw

  • 1 head purple cabbage
  • 1 head green cabbage
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 3-4 green onions
  • 1 c shredded carrots

Dressing

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/4 c rice vinegar
  • 3 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
  • 1 tbsp tamari
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp minced ginger (or like 1 tsp-ish ground ginger)
  • 1 tsp chili flakes (or red pepper flakes) (optional)
  • 1 tsp salt
Directions:
  1. Chop veggies into thin slices (mandolin is great here)
  2. Mix dressing
  3. Pour dressing onto the slaw
