Rum Punch

Ingredients:Ingredients (gallon pitcher/single serving):
  • 53 leaves fresh mint
  • cups/2 oz white rum
  • 13 cups/2 oz fresh limeorange juice
  • 2 cups/1 oz cranberry juice
  • 1 cup/1/2 oz simplepeach syrupschnapps
  • club sodaSprite
Directions:
  1. MuddleFor thea mintsingle leavesserving:
    lightly
    1. Combine ingredients together with ice in a shaker
    2. Shake, then strain into a glass with fresh ice
    3. Top with sprite
  2. For a gallon pitcher
    1. Combine ingredients in a pitcher and stir
    2. Fill remaining space in the bottompitcher with sprite or top the glasses individually. You'll want about 1/3 of the glass to be sprite

NOTE: If making in a shaker
pitcher

  • Add- rum,do lime,not put ice in the pitcher. The ice will take up space that would otherwise be filled by Sprite, so the drink will be much stronger and simplenot syruphave toenough fizz. Mix and chill in the shaker
  • fridge
  • Fill(without theice), shakerthen withpour iceinto and shake until chilled, 15-20 seconds
  • Pour over a glassglasses filled with ice, then top with club soda
  • ice.
